More Maxton

Felix took the monorail bucket to and from the pool while in Maxton. Grandmama and Granddaddy were so kind to get him a little pool. Mama took him swimming most days. And everyday he 'helped' Grandaddy pick blueberries. He didn't save many but Dad has amassed over 78 gallons at last count, so what Felix ate was not missed. We don't have enough pictures of Pop in the blueberry patch.

Smith Mountain Lake

After Bill returned from Mexico/Guatemala fieldwork, we drove to NC. On the way down we stopped in Roanoke to see Sara Lee and her family at Smith Mountain Lake. It was Felix's first time in a boat. We had such a lovely time.
